Privacy & stored information

Kids view and group preparation

Kids view stores colored images in this tab’s sessionStorage, without an account or server-side drawing storage. Finish and clear removes all temporary kids drawings. Browser tab restoration may also restore temporary data. Group preparation does not save choices or counts. Text-size preferences last in the current tab.

Saved pages and recent history

Browser-only saves use a random cookie valid for 180 days and store artwork IDs in our database. They are not shared with other browsers; clearing the cookie removes access. Recent history is opt-in, holds 24 pages and can be stopped or deleted anytime.

Optional analytics

Analytics are disabled by default. If allowed, we retain a random browser identifier, session, timestamp, page/action and broad referral source and progressively delete records older than 90 days when new data is received. Names, email addresses, search text and full referrer URLs are excluded. Different browsers or cleared cookies cannot be recognized as the same person.

Change the choice in the footer anytime. Withdrawal deletes this browser’s detailed event records and analytics cookie. Historical totals without individual identifiers remain. Declining does not limit free materials.

Inquiries and test feedback

Inquiry email and message are stored to handle your request. Test feedback is visible only to the operator. Responses older than 90 days are progressively deleted when new responses arrive. They are never automatically published as testimonials. Request deletion of inquiry information via the contact form. A short-lived hash of the connection address is used to prevent abuse.

External checkout and referral sites apply their own policies.

Print preparation, finished pages and screen coloring

Selected pages, your print set name, finished records and explicitly saved screen coloring are stored in the database using the same identity as Saved. Clear selections, unmark finished pages or reset and save a drawing on their respective screens. Clearing cookies removes access to browser-only saves.

Hosting and storage

The public website is served by Vercel. Saved pages and print sets use Cloudflare D1.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you allow analytics. Google may process cookies, the connection IP address, browser information, and referrer data. Page URLs sent by this site exclude query strings; search terms, form entries, and email addresses are not sent. Event and user data retention is two months. Google Signals, advertising user data, and ad personalization are disabled. Analytics are off by default and can be revoked in settings. No analytics tag is placed on the kids views (/ja/kids/ and /en/kids/). Google Privacy Policy
