Colors for this page
A broad Christmas tree is wrapped with three garlands and round ornaments, with gifts placed on both sides of the trunk. The tiered branches create large, easy-to-follow sections.
- Evergreen
- Ornament red
- Star gold
- Gift blue
A suggested palette; it does not have to match the example exactly.
- Color the tiered branches evergreen from top to bottom.
- Repeat red, gold, and blue across the large round ornaments and garlands.
- Use the same three accent colors on the gifts beside the trunk.
A simpler way to color
Skip shading and use green for the tree, red for ornaments and ribbons, and gold for star and gifts.
Level of detail: Branch tiers are large, with smaller ornaments, garlands, and gift ribbons.
Talk about it: Which ornament would you hang closest to the star, and why?
